From downtown Minneapolis, head north east across the Hennepin Ave bridge or 3rd ave bridge. The triangle formed by Central Ave, 1st Ave, and Main Street places you squarely in "downtown" Northeast.

Northeast can also be accessed from the freeway system via I-35W by exiting onto 4th street until you reach E Hennepin.

You can also head east on I-394 and exit at the 3rd street Washington Ave exit. Go right on Washington and take a left on Hennepin across the bridge.

Street parking meters are available on University Ave, Bank Street SE, E Hennepin Ave, and 1st Ave NE. Ramp parking is available behind Bruegger's Bagels on University Ave SE and free ramp parking is available for Lund's shoppers behind Lund's.

Public Transportation
